I am Matt Ellis owner of Reliable Roofing. I am born and raised here in Austin TX. I started my own company to provide excellent customer service and top-quality products for homeowners that were unmatched in the roofing industry. We pride ourselves on bringing products to the table that will provide a higher level of protection to homeowners’ houses. We work hard to provide a fun and family environment. I keep an open door policy with all employees and make myself available for all homeowners with any questions they may have. Hello, my name is Alex and I am the Office Manager at Reliable Roofing. I left my career in education to be part of this awesome company my husband, Matt, started. I am originally from South Texas, graduated from UT-San Antonio and our family has been in the Austin area for the last 13 years.

I work to ensure all things office-related create the best working environment for our roofing consultants, production team, support specialist, and of course, Matt, to help our wonderful customers.

Hello, My name is CJ George and I am a Roofing Consultant with Reliable Roofing. Your home is my priority and I aim to provide a seamless experience from start to finish. I bring to the table my knowledge and unique career experience in the insurance industry to better serve your needs.

My industry experience includes time as an emergency response field adjuster, water damage specialist, and large carrier insurance adjuster. I am from the beautiful island of Port Aransas, Texas. I grew up playing baseball, fishing, surfing the waters of the Texas Gulf Coast, and listening to my Dad sing and play guitar in his country music band.

Hello, my name is Chris Chaires. I am a Roofing Consultant with Reliable Roofing. My goal is to deliver a customer service experience that is unmatched. I want to give you peace of mind in knowing that I will do the right thing, for you and your property. I am your go-to guy from the first time we meet, to selecting the color of shingle your heart desires, through the installation of your new roof, I will be there for you.

I was born in Florida, but don’t hold that against me! I have been in Texas since 2006 and consider Texas my forever home. Before working for Reliable Roofing I worked in high-end restaurants as a corporate trainer and was a certified sommelier (wine expert). My favorite hobby is photography with a focus on astrophotography! I also enjoy hiking and trying out new recipes.

Roofing Consultant

Howdy! My name is Jonah. I am a fourth generation Texan, and I started my roofing career in Williamson county after moving up north from Hays county. After starting as a shingle delivery driver, I transferred over to a production position. The production position helped me gain experience ordering materials and scheduling installs. After continuously striving for more, I was promoted to a Project Manager. Between these positions, I have worked in all aspects of the trade; office scheduling, material delivery, and project management. Before joining the Reliable family, I worked for two of the best roofing companies in the central Texas area. Making sure the homeowner has the best experience possible is my highest priority. I build lasting relationships established on trust and transparency with my homeowners. When not at work, I enjoy working on our land and trailers in East Georgetown and spending time with my family outdoors. I am a father of two kiddos: one daughter, Olivia Rose, and we just welcomed our son, Josiah Bennett.

Hello, my name is Jasmine Castro. I am the Production Manager at Reliable Roofing. I was born in West Texas and raised in Austin TX. I am here from starting point of your project to finish. I will order all materials and schedule all crews that will be needed to complete your project.
